Elvis Presley’s Graceland to Undergo $45 Million Expansion

Elvis Presley’s home Graceland is set to undergo a $45 million expansion.

As part of the expansion a new 200,000-square-foot complex across the street from Graceland will include a new museum of Elvis’ cars, two restaurants, a multipurpose building, six retail spaces, a museum and more.

Elvis memorabilia will be relocated from the mansion to the new space.

The new building will also replace the estate’s old complex.

The expasion is scheduled to be complete by next year.
