Glen Campbell’s life and legacy were celebrated with a private memorial service in Nashville on August 24. The memorial service was attended by family and close friends at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s CMA Theater.
Kim Campbell delivered a eulogy for Glen Campbell. Kim said in the eulogy: “I’d like to be able to share the ‘real Glen’ with you — the one you’ve never seen or heard before — and tell you secrets about his personality and his quirks, but I can’t. There were no secrets with Glen. He was the real deal all the time.”
Glen Campbell passed away from Alzheimer’s disease August 8 and was buried in Arkansas after a private funeral service.
