Judge Dismisses New Charges Against Producer Tony Brown

General Sessions Judge Angelita Blackshear Dalton has dismissed a charge of violating a protective order against music producer Tony Brown.

Brown disputed claims he violated the order of protection.

Brown was the former president of MCA Nashville and co-founder of Universal South Records. He produced albums for artists including Reba McEntire, George Strait and Vince Gill.
