Loretta Lynn will soon be making her first public appearance since she suffered a stroke back in May. Lynn has been recovering well, but she has had to push back the release of her upcoming album and cancel the rest of her tour dates.
Lynn confirmed in an interview with WSM Radio’s Nashville Today that her first public will be at the Tennessee Motorcycle and Music Revival at her ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee. The Tennessee Motorcycle and Music Revival will run from Sept. 28 through Oct.1.
Lynn says in the interview with WSM Radio’s Nashville Today: “I’m gonna be there. I’m gonna ride in on a motorcycle, [of] course I’m not gonna be driving, I’m feeling good. I feel better than I should, really. I’ve taken a lot of time off, and I know everybody’s hollering about me being off so much, but, ya know, I just got lazy, quit singing for a little while.”
