State police in Delaware have arrested one of two people they say made threatening statements Sunday against The Band Perry. The Band Perry cancelled the sold-out show in Selbyville, Delaware.
The Band Perry was scheduled to perform at the Freeman Stage at Bayside. The threatening statements allegedly made by the suspect have not been released.
Dzmitry N. Papou, 35, of Selbyville, turned himself in at Troop 4 in Georgetown Monday night after local media released photos of him and another man. Papou has been charged with felony terroristic threatening. He was released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
He was also issued a no contact order with Americana Bayside.
The second man has been identified, but he has not yet been arrested.
